Persian Blue No.32

This colour is fully water-soluble and has the same consistency and applications of any quality watercolour paint. Even when it has dried you will still be able to work and rework the colour. This is true of all the colours in the range except Black and White. At full saturation this colour is a more neutral Cobalt Blue and when diluted shifts in the colour spectrum to a very warm aquamarine. It’s a good mixing primary, as it is less dominant than Blue 30. For example a great colour for Mediterranean seascapes.
