This colour is fully water-soluble and has the same consistency and applications of any quality watercolour paint. Even when it has dried you will still be able to work and rework the colour. This is true of all the colours in the range except Black and White. This is a true Sepia colour and perfect for anyone wanting to experiment with techniques of the old masters. More brown than grey when fully saturated and when diluted the grey tone becomes more dominant.
