	This colour is fully water-soluble and has the same consistency and applications of any quality watercolour paint. Even when it has dried you will still be able to work and rework the colour. This is true of all the colours in the range except Black and White. This colour is difficult to match fully saturated or diluted it remains a light pastel colour. It is a great pale sky blue good for summer landscape painting and stamping.
